PRODUCTION TIMES

All items are made specially for you when you order, and we need time to prepare your order before it is shipped.  

Production time for all items is 5 business days (our shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday).  We will provide you with an estimated arrival time to your zip code (our production time + USPS shipping timeframe).

Need something before a certain date?  Occasionally we can shorten our production time based on order volumes.  Get in touch with us at oneperfectshell@gmail.com.

SHIPPING

Shipping is done via USPS and a tracking number is provided on all orders. The cost of shipping will be added to buyers invoice.

We will provide an estimated arrival time for your order once the order is ready to ship.

Upgraded shipping options are also available at checkout.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

We do our best to package everything well to make it safe and sound to you, but occasionally accidents may happen!  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

There are no refunds.

If there is an issue with your order upon receipt (for any reason!) please contact us within 30 days and we will work with you on a resolution.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Return costs will be invoiced via email.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.  To request a cancellation, please contact us at oneperfectshell@gmail.com
